- 1)a) Fees are payable in
advance. The fees have to be paid every month on or before 10th of the
month.
- b) Late fees at the rate
of 50 fils per day will be charged after the due date.
- c) If 10th happens to be
a holiday for the school late fees will be charged with effect from 12th of
the month instead of 11th.
- d) Term fees should be paid regardless of the
month in which admission is sought for.
- 2)a)Fees once paid are not
refundable.
- 3)a)Parents proceeding on long leave
or vacation are requested to pay fees for the succeeding leave month(s) before they
proceed.
- 4)a)In case the fees are not received
for a period of two months, the name of such a student will be struck off the rolls and he
or she shall have to seek re-admission.
- b) At the time of
readmission all dues of fees and an admission fee of BD 5/- will be charged in
addition to tuition fee for the month in which the re-admission is sought.
- c) Fees will not be
accepted without fee card and parents are requested to check the entries from time to time
and keep the entries updated by the school office.
- d) One month
advance notice is required to withdraw the child or else the fees will be charged.
If the withdrawal is after January, fee for the full academic year will be charged.
- e) Parents may pay fees in
advance on monthly or quarterly basis before the10th of the month.
